Eugenia Lalario
Eugenia Lalario joined NPWJ Brussels office in July 2011 as fellow in the framework of the “Master dei Talenti” Program funded by the Italian Foundation CRT of Turin. In this capacity, she is working on international and transitional justice issues as well as on female genital mutilation, contributing to advocacy and program activities.
Prior to joining NPWJ, she worked for the Italian NGO “VIS” (Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo- International Volunteer for Development), following a one year project on youth empowerment carried out in Goma, Nord Kivu (DRC), as well as operating in the Communication Office on media management and news publication. Previously, she also completed several “field experiences” during summer term, in particular in Romania (august 2005 and august 2006), Burundi (august 2007, July and august 2008) and Brazil (august 2009).
Eugenia holds a Bachelor Degree in “International Studies” (July 2007) and a Master Degree in “International Relationships and Human Rights” (March 2010) from the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Turin, Italy.
